The school is governed by the Implementation Board, made up of professional eminent Nigerians; driven with a genuine passion for education. The Implementation Board takes major decisions concerning the school whereas the Principal and Head Teacher handle the day-to-day running of the School.

Mr Godson Aire (B.Tech –Textile technology; BSc(Ed)-Physics; PGD-Info tech; MBA-Project and Med –Educ. Admin and Planning) is an expert in Educational Leadership and Planning, Human Capital Development, Crises and Turn Round Management and Remediation for slow learners. He is presently a PhD research student on Leadership and Innovation
Professionally, he has been involved in several collaborative activities that resulted in a positive social change specifically in the sensitization of women on exclusive breastfeeding and job creation for youth.

MR. OKOTIE OGAGA
VICE PRINCIPAL
(B.Sc. Geology, PGDE, M.Ed. Edu. Admin. & Planning) – Is a gifted and talented teacher. He has over 16 years of teaching experience with proven track records of excellence in Cambridge IGCSE Geography for all his students over the years. He had some of his professional development trainings at the prestigious University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and has also undergone intensive training on child protection. He has been involved in the selection and placement of scholars for Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) into three United Kingdom Universities: Imperial College, London, University College London (UCL) and University of Leeds for three years (2010-2013) in partnership with Wider Perspectives Limited, Port Harcourt.
Mr. Okotie Ogaga now applies his wealth of experience in International education. He has experience and expertise in leading a big team for International schools with capacity to fuse local and foreign curricula into school programs, expose students to international education tourism while ensuring that students are provided with global education services. He supervises, mentors and guide teachers and students to achieve their potentials. He has been training teachers through in-service workshops and mentoring programs. He has assessed over time at the national and international platforms, the skills and know-how needed to supervise and manage learning institutions.
His education objectives are:
